Scenes From A Lead Paint Work Area

As I mentioned here, the work on the house is ongoing. Following are a couple of scenes from today.

I've never had the skull & crossbones posted on my house before. With duct tape, no less.
First thing I thought when seeing the lift (named Falcon 125) was too bad it was not the Millennium Falcon.

Later in the day, I thought it looked like a praying mantis.
More scenes tomorrow...if you're lucky!

  1. Cindy, I feel for you. Whose bright idea was this new paint reg? But of course the ranchers can spray herbicides all over OK, not to mention the pesticides. Oh, and don't forget all the chemicals in your food too. But, a few paint chips? Somebody must have been playing with too much mercury when they were small. That, or their family owns a lead removal business. How do we not become cynical?
