The Sister and her family came over for dinner tonight.
The Husband grilled ribeye steaks, fixed his famous salad (The B-i-L's favorite) and I made The PW's Perfect Potatoes Au Gratin.
As The Husband said, "How can something with heavy cream, butter and cheese not be good?"
How true is that?

Grilling a steak sounds so good to me, especially when I look out at this foot of snow and know grilling outside is just a memory for a while.
