Let me just say, this is an awesome, comfort food recipe.
I loved it.
Mom loved it.
No one else in our family has tried it, but they are not important.
The only important opinions are from Mom and me!
I'm looking for recipes like this that I can prepare for Mom and that are easy to portion out and freeze for later consumption.
I'll report back on the success of freezing a cooked slice of this pie, thawing it and re-heating it in the microwave.
